Reduces Damage of Enemy Attacks

The Resilience stat is used in combination with an armour's Defence stat to see how much damage to reduce from enemy attacks. Lowering the damage taken is extremely useful since it means you can spend more turns fighting rather than healing.

The best way to increase the Hero's Resilience is by levelling up. This will also increase their other stats as well, making them a lot more effective in battle outside of just a Resilience increase.
