What Does Strength Do?

Increases Damage of Physical Attacks

The Strength stat is used in combination with a weapon's Attack stat to see how much damage the Hero's attacks do. Since this is used in the calculation for physical damage, it does not affect how much damage spells do.

The best way to increase the Hero's Strength is by levelling up. This will also increase their other stats as well, making them a lot more effective in battle outside of just a Strength increase.

Aside from levelling up, using Seeds of Strength will also increase the Hero's Strength. However, these are limited in supply, and it's better to level up first if you don't need the immediate boost.
