Tips on Beating Bosses

Reach the Recommended Level

Character level plays the biggest role in determining the outcome of boss fights. By leveling up, your characters will have better stats, making the boss fights easier. With this in mind, it's best that you raise your characters' levels first to the recommended level before attempting the boss fight.

EXP Farm: How to Level Up Fast

Wear the Recommended Equipment

If you're still having trouble beating a boss even after reaching the recommended level, it's most likely due to having underpowered equipment. It's best to upgrade your equipment or wear the recommended weapon and armour to have a better chance of beating the boss.

List of All Equipment

Inflict Sleep, Dazzle, or Fizzle

Inflicting bosses with Sleep, Dazzle, or Fizzle can make the fight easier. Sleep completely immobilizes the boss, preventing them from doing anything and giving you free turns. Dazzle makes bosses less likely to hit their attacks and abilities, while Fizzle prevents them from casting spells.

In particular, the Golem boss can be put to sleep with the Faerie Flute. Although it's optional, getting and using the item during the boss fight gives you a significant advantage.
