Metal Slime Location
Around the Citadel of the Monarch of Medals
Metal Slimes are found around the Citadel of the Monarch of Medals. This is located on the far southwest of the map. It is advisable to be at least on level 20 before farming in this area.
Weeping Isle
Metal Slimes are found on the Weeping Isle. This is located in the south-central area of the map. It is advisable to be at least on level 30 before farming in this area.
Dragonlord's Castle
Metal Slimes are found in the Dragonlord's Castle. This is located on the south of the Tantegel Castle. It is advisable to be at least on level 35 before farming in this area.
How to Farm Metal Slimes
- Set the Battle Speed to Ultra Fast
- Set the Difficulty to Dracky Quest
- Use the Whistle to Summon Enemies
- Use Souped Up Skill Version of Lightning Slash
- Use Wild Side and Metal Wing Boomerang
Set the Battle Speed to Ultra Fast
It is best to set your Battle Speed to Ultra Fast so that you'll breeze through battles quickly and optimize your EXP farming to its utmost.
Set the Difficulty to Dracky Quest
It may be an unconventional method, but setting the game to Dracky Quest can help speed things up when leveling up given that the difficulty enhances your damage output and prevents you from dying needlessly in battles.

Use the Whistle to Summon Enemies

Use the Whistle to start a battle on command and summon Metal Slimes quickly. This way, you do not have to waste time running around trying to encounter it randomly.
Bind Whistle to Short-Cut Commands
Also, make sure to bind it to your short-cut commands so that you don't have to open the menu everytime you want to use Whistle.

Use Souped Up Skill Version of Lightning Slash
One of the best ways to kill Metal Slimes is with a critical hit, which can easily be done with the Souped-Up version of Lightning Slash from the Soul Sigil. You can do this as long as you're either below 50% HP, or if you casted Focus Pocus on yourself.
As a note, the Souped-Up version of Lightning Slash still has a chance to miss, so don't expect to always get a one-shot on every Metal Slime you encounter.
Stay Below 50% HP for Souped-Up Skills
Even if there are multiple requirements to activate Souped-Up Skills, it's recommended to stay below 50% HP to use them. This way, you won't have to waste a turn setting up Focus Pocus, and you can safely spam Souped-Up Lightning Slashes, as long as you activated Invincibility and disabled healing on level up.
Use Wild Side and Metal Wing Boomerang
Use Wild Side and Metal Wing Boomerang when facing Metal Slime in groups. This combination will guarantee that you hit all the Metal Slimes twice in a single attack.
Wild Side is learned from the scroll reward for finding 10 mini medals, while the Metal Wing Boomerang is the reward for 37 medals.
