Defeat the Robbin 'Oodlum First
Prioritize defeating the Robbin 'Oodlums first since they restore allies' HP. Robbin 'Oodlums are weak against Crack spells. You can obtain the Crack Scroll in the Shrine of Rain first floor, or the more powerful Crackle Scroll in the Faerie Village to easily defeat them.

Use Flame Slash Against the Boss
Robin 'Ood is weak against fire, so an effective skill against him is the protagonist's Flame Slash. After defeating the Robin 'Oodlums, you can use this skill to deal with the boss.
