Description:
Rossi-11 builds a Photoelectric Gate before them that blocks incoming damage. Using the Super again will launch the gate forward, dealing damage to combatants.

Photoelectric Gate Max Level Effect

Max Lv. Effect Rossi-11 builds a Photoelectric Gate formed of Arc energy before them that lasts up to 16s. The Photoelectric Gate has a width of 12m, a height of 6m. It can block incoming projectiles and has 16000 health. While Photoelectric Gate is active, casting the Super again launches the Photoelectric Gate forward, dealing 11999 Arc damage to combatants it passes through and inflicting Confined for 3s. The longer the Photoelectric Gate remains on the battlefield, the more the damage it deals, reaching a max of 100% additional damage after 8s. If the Photoelectric Gate hasn't been destroyed by the time it expires, it will automaticallv advance forward.

The Max Lv. Effect shows the ultimate version of this ability, demonstrating its full power once completely upgraded.
