Obtained From Mythic Weapon Engrams

If you do not own IST2 Niaatiks yet, there is a higher chance to obtain it from a Random Engram, but using a Choice Engram can guarantee obtaining IST2 Niaatiks instead.

Obtained From Heroic Strikes

IST2 Niaatiks can be obtained by opening the chest at the end of Heroic Strikes. The Rewards from Heroic Strikes vary, so make sure to check if IST2 Niaatiks is part of the reward pool for the strike you will join.
