Gauntlet: Onslaught Weekly Reward

Fall From Grace can be obtained by completing Gauntlet:Onslaught and opening the reward chest at the end with 20 Pinnacle Energy.

Gauntlet:Onslaught rewards can be claimed up to 3x per week, giving you at least three chances per week to obtain Fall From Grace, or a different weapon from the pool.

Red Sea Rift Exploration Reward

Fall From Grace is obtained by progressing your Red Sea Rift Exploration progress.

Red Sea Rift Exploration completion can be achieved by exploring the map, looting resources, and collecting chests within Red Sea Rift.
