All Weapon Mastery Effects Per Level

Lv. 1 When Jolder or the Barrier of Starlight is attacked, Jolder gains 1 Retribution stack that lasts 10s. Stacks 3x.
Lv. 2 The max number of Retribution stacks is increased to 5.
Lv. 3 The max number of Retribution stacks is increased to 7.
Lv. 4 Jolder gains 3 Retribution stack whenever she takes damage from combatants she has inflicted with Suppression.
Lv. 5 The max number of Retribution stacks is increased to 10.

This ability begins with its base effect and improves with each level of Weapon Mastery. Higher levels grant stronger effects and culminate in a powerful bonus at maximum rank.
