Lv. 1 Weapons that fire bullets through the Arc barrier become enhanced by the power of thunder, creating Chain Lightning that can strike up to 3 targets, dealing Arc damage equal to 240% weapon damage. Triggers up to once every 3s.
Lv. 2 Chain Lightning's trigger interval is reduced to 2.3s.
Lv. 3 Chain Lightning's trigger interval is reduced to 1.5s.
Lv. 4 Chain Lightning deals an additional +60% damage to combatants inflicted with Blind.
Lv. 5 Chain Lightning's trigger interval is reduced to 1s.

This ability begins with its base effect and improves with each level of Weapon Mastery. Higher levels grant stronger effects and culminate in a powerful bonus at maximum rank.
