Switch from Duskstar mode to Dawnstar mode.

Twilight Shift (To Dawnstar) Max Level Effect

Max Lv. Effect Tan-2 has two Flares, Dawnstar and Duskstar, that he can switch between. These Flares have different abilities. Weapon hits charge both modes simultaneously, but the non-active Flare Will only accumulate 40% energy.

The Max Lv. Effect shows the ultimate version of this ability, demonstrating its full power once completely upgraded.
