Description:
Launches an Arc rope that pulls in hit combatants.
Ability Attributes:

Mighty Tether Max Level Effect

Max Lv. Effect Xuan Wei activates his left gauntlet to shoot an Arc Tether up to 25m forward. Arc Hook holds hit targets in place, after which Xuan Wei will constricts the Arc energy to close the gap with the target and inflict them with Confined for 4s. Targets immune to control and displacement effects will not be pulled by the Tether, but they will instead take 3 instances of Arc damage (1200 per hit) and be inflicted with 3 stacks of Aftermath for 10s.

The Max Lv. Effect shows the ultimate version of this ability, demonstrating its full power once completely upgraded.
