Blinding Shield Max Level Effect

Max Lv. Effect Kabr fires a shield infused with the power of thunder up to 50m forward. The shield creates an explosion upon collision, dealing 2600 Arc damage to combatants within a 6-meter radius and inflicting Blind for 3s.

The Max Lv. Effect shows the ultimate version of this ability, demonstrating its full power once completely upgraded.
