Resistor Barricade Max Level Effect

Max Lv. Effect Creates a barrier in front of Kabr that can block incoming fire, absorbing up to 8640 Arc damage and lasting up to 10s. Combatants that touch the barrier will take 200 damage every 0.5s.

The Max Lv. Effect shows the ultimate version of this ability, demonstrating its full power once completely upgraded.
