Use the Overclock if you have no other option and you desperately need some bio-energy to use high cost cards.

High Cost Card

After you use the Overclock, your bioenergy will temporarily be interupted and will not recharge for a short duration. Be sure to use the Overclock only before using a high cost card that can definitely slow down the survivors.
