Shotgun and Grenade Launcher Locations After the Sewers

You can skip both the Shotgun and the Grenade Launcher in Downtown and at the Sewers but still have them before the Nemesis Stage 2 boss fight. You can find these items as soon as you play as Jill after finishing the Police Station with Carlos. These items can be found on top of the barrel and on the wooden chair beside the inventory chest before heading to the Clock Tower Plaza.

Keep in mind that this can be difficult to skip if you do not play on assisted mode or have any weapons from the bonus shop. Since you will have to deal with the Hunter Gamma at the Sewers after escaping Nemesis Stage 1.
