| Description | A vaccine that can prevent and cure the T-Virus. This should be enough to treat many people- even the whole of Raccoon City. |
You can get this after putting the Vaccine Base inside the synthesizer on the 2nd Floor of Nest 2. You need to get this item in order to progress the story of the game.
| 1 | Combine the Adjuvant Sample and the Antigen Sample to make the Vaccine Base. |

| 2 | Go back to the 2nd Floor of Nest 2 with the synthesizer. |
| 3 | Use the Vaccine Base on the synthesizer and set it to MID, HIGH, and LOW to get the Vaccine. |
