You can get this inside a drawer of the Incubation lab on the 2nd Floor of Nest 2. You need to get this item in order to progress the story of the game.
| 1 | After opening the locked door with the Override Key, go through the door to the right on the first floor. |

| 2 | Cross the room with the Tyrants and Hunters and ride the elevator. |
| 3 | Enter the Incubation Lab and pick up the Adjuvant Sample inside the drawer. |
You can use this to combine with the Antigen Sample in order to make the Vaccine Base.
