Purchase a Goron Spice		 Go inside the city's general store and purchase a Goron Spice.

Give the Goron Spice to Lester

4 Give the spice to Lester Go back to Rito Stable and give the Goron Spice to Lester.

Curry for What Ails You reward 1

Lester will give you a Purple Rupee for the Goron Spice that you brought him, completing the side quest.

He will then trade you Hylian Rice for some Goron Spice.

Quest Start Lester from the Rito Stable in the Tabantha Frontier asked for Goron Spice, an ingredient for curry rice.

Get some Goron Spice and deliver it to Lester at the Rito Stable.
Quest Clear Lester from the Rito Stable in the Tabantha Frontier taught you to make curry rice. The base ingredients are Hylian rice and Goron spice.
You can add different ingredients to the base recipe to make all sorts of curry rice.

Should you ever be in need of Hylian rice, he will trade you for some Goron spice.
