Broken Flowers Main Objectives

Objectives
1 Go the the Rosemary and Thyme. Its marker is located northeast of Glory Gate.
2 Fist fight the 4 vagrants. Beat them to continue.
3 Use your Witcher Sense and loot the planner on the shelf next to the southeast door.
4 Read the planner. You will receive 500 XP.
5 Talk to Zoltan for more information on each person.
6 You may talk to the listed names in any order, but this guide will give the optimal order.
Note: You will gain 300 XP after talking to the first woman on top of the amount given after talking to the person.
7 Talk to Vespula. Her location is marked below Gate of the Hierarch.
8 You can pay the thugs 200 crowns to leave her alone, giving you 20 XP, or you can convince the thugs that she is under the King of Beggars' protection.
Note: Other choices besides these two will lead to a fight. You will gain 150 XP.
9 Talk to Elihal. He is located east of Gate of the Hierarch, south of Tretogor Gate. You will gain 150 XP.
11 Talk to Marabella. She is located east of St. Gregory's Bridge. You will gain 150 XP.
12 Talk to Rose var Attre. She is located east of St. Gregory's Bridge.
13 Talk to the guard captain in front of the Var Attre villa. You can tell him you are the new swordplay instructor if you talked to Zoltan before hand.
If you did not talk to Zoltan about Rose, you will need to find another way in. Follow the wall on the left side of the villa until you see the angel statue below you. Go down and follow the cliff path. You will need to jump a gap and climb up ledges to get inside the garden. You will find Rose (Edna her twin) right outside.
Another path is through the sewers. Go to the grate next to the stairs located south of the villa. Follow the northern sewer passageway, you will encounter a Water Hag and a pair of Drowned Dead. Slay them. Continue until you reach the exit and climb the rocks to the left and enter the garden from there.
14 Follow the guard. Grab a wooden practice sword. Continue following the guard.
15 You can either beat Rose in the duels or let her win. Beating her the first time requires you to get her HP down to half. Beating her the second time requires you to empty her HP. You will gain 150 XP.
16 Head to the Molly marker. She is located southeast of St. Gregory's Bridge.
17 Meet with Morvran at the Vegelbuds estate. It is located east of Novigrad.
You can choose to race Morvran. Beating him at the race will earn you the Superior Racing Saddle.
18 Talk to Molly. You will receive 150 XP
You can head back to Novigrad on your own, or you can talk to Morvran and fast travel back.
19 Talk to Zoltan. He will still be in the Rosemary and Thyme.
20 Go to the Kingfisher Inn after sundown. It is located north of Hierarch Square.

Alternate Routes to Get Into Var Attre Villa

Cliff Path

Follow the wall on the left side of the villa until you see the angel statue below you. Go down and follow the cliff path. You will need to jump a gap and climb up ledges to get inside the garden

Sewer Path

Go to the grate next to the stairs located south of the villa.

Which Horse to Pick for the Horse Race

Pick Any of the Horses

When Morvran challenges you to a horse race, you may pick from 4 horses: Cantarella, Nemrod, Chestnut, Zerrikanian bay. You may pick any of them as they all have the same stamina and speed. The only difference being their color.
