Bloody Baron Main Objectives
| Objectives | |

| 1 | Head towards Crow's Perch (the marked bridge), cross it and enter the village. Depending on your choice in The Nilfgaardian Connection, your situation will differ. |
| 2 | If you avoided fighting with the bandits by telling them that you are a witcher or by buying them drinks go to Choice A. If you fought and killed the bandits go to Choice B. |
Choice A: Peaceful Path

| 3.A | Follow the road to the gate. |
| 4.A | After speaking to the guards, follow the sergeant. |
Choice B: Forceful Path
| Objectives | |
|---|---|
| 3.B | You will be attacked by two of the baron's men. |
| 4.B | Go up the road to the gate. The baron's men will not let you in. Go back to the village. |
| 5.B | You can talk to the peasant sitting down for information on another way to get in. Paying him 12 crowns will mark it on the map, although you can still get to it without paying him. |
| 6.B | Head outside the fortress past the bridge, then follow the road to the northwest side of the fortress. A shrine on the side of the road near the moat will mark where the cave is. Dive underwater to get into the cave. |
| 7.B | Once in the cave, follow the path. You will encounter a Water Hag. Kill it. |
| 8.B | Continue following the path until you reach a ladder. Climb it to get to the baron. |
Bloody Baron Tips and Strategies
Use Axii or Counter for Shields
Enemies with shields are difficult to hit. Use Axii to stun them giving you a chance to get hits in. Alternatively if you counter their attack it will also give you an opening to attack.
Cat Potion for Night Vision
The cave is dark, so using the Cat Potion for night vision will be a huge help.
Cave Full of Loot
The cave has a few chests hidden inside. Use a Cat Potion and your Witcher Sense to make it easier to find these chests.
