Yamata-no-Orochi can be obtained by fusing the demons listed above. Note that you cannot obtain Yamata-no-Orochi if your level is lower than its base level.
You can also obtain Yamata-no-Orochi if you fuse a demon of the Frost order with a corresponding Element Order demon.

Complete Episode 9 to Unlock Yamata-no-Orochi
In order to fuse Yamata-no-Orochi, you first need to complete the Main Story Episode 9, The Two Summoners. Fusing the demons listed above while not completing this quest will result in a demon of the same Order but a lower rank.
