You can unlock this Case File during Episode 2, after gaining access to go to Fukagawa-Cho.
To get started, make your way to the Amazing Science Lab where you’ll find a machine with a blue quest mark. Use Inspect Investigation Skill to begin the quest.

That Narumi… (Pt. 1) Walkthrough
Inspect the Machine in the Amazing Science Lab
Head over to the Amazing Science Lab and look for a machine marked with a blue quest icon. You won’t be able to interact with it through normal means, though. Instead, you’ll need to summon a demon that has the Inspect Investigation Skill.
Use the skill while standing near the machine, and it’ll uncover a small glint nearby. Examine the spot it reveals to claim your reward and wrap up the quest.

Have a Volt Order Demon
All Volt Order Demons will have access to the Inspect skill. Make sure to have one in your party, or fuse one beforehand or else the ''Inspect'' option will not be available for you.
For early game demons, we recommend confining an Agathion to complete the task.
