The master of the Gouma-Den, he is a mad scientist who devotes himself to researching demon fusion. To help conduct his research on life and demons, he has formed a cooperative relationship with Devil Summoners in the Capital.

There are rumours that he is over 100 years old, but the truth of this is unknown.

Visiting Victor and having him fuse demons will be your main method of recruiting stronger allies outside of capturing demons. Make sure to go to the Gouma-Den often so that you can fuse powerful allies that have inhereted skills.
