The best way to farm Demon Loyalty in RAIDOU Remastered is by giving them Sake. Learn the best ways to farm loyalty, and what loyalty does here!

The best way to increase a Demon's loyalty is by giving them Sake. Each type of sake caters to a particular demon's order so read their descriptions first before giving it to an ally!
This method, however, does not increase Raidou's Summoner Rank and does not contribute points for him to gain a new title. While this may the best method to to raise Demon Loyalty, it's recommended to fight enemies to also raise your Summoner Rank.

If you want to farm Sake, and you don't mind purchasing DLC packs, it's recommended to get the Kuzunoha Village Trainings DLC. This will unlock extra fights at the Nameless Shrine, and speaking to the Left Fox Statue lets you start the "Indulgences" battle, where you can battle Mitamas to get Sake and Incense.
DLC Guide: Which DLCs are Worth Buying?

Aside from giving Demons sake, they can also gain Loyalty after battles. If you haven't maxed out Raidou's Summoner Rank yet, this is the preferred method so that you can do both.
It's also recommended to fight demons much weaker than you so that you can insta-kill them in the overworld using Stealth Strikes.

High-level Demons fill up their Loyalty bar slower than low-level ones. If you want to farm Loyalty, it's recommended to fill your reserve with low-level Demons from the Devil Chart so that you can quickly fill up their Loyalty bars.

At maximum loyalty, your Demons will also unlock their Passive Skill. These skills can often be very useful and helpful in battle so using demons with very strong Passive Skills will help you gain an extra edge!
In fusion, using max loyalty Demons allows you to pass down learned Passive skills as well so it is best to fuse max loyalty demons so that you can make the strongest demon possible!
List of All Passive Skills and Effects

At max loyalty, some of your Demons will want to talk to you via "Demon Check-In" to give you a little bonus. An example of this is getting a free item, or even transforming an item to something much better or higher quality.
Also, if you've maxed out a Demon's Loyalty for the first time, you will get an extra one-time bonus, like being healed back to full.

The main reason to raise your Demon's loyalty rank is to increase Raidou's Summoner Rank. Gaining new titles from the Herald of Yatagarasu is a big priority in the game as it lets you hold more demons in your party, allowing for a wide variety of demons in your arsenal!
List of All Titles and How to Unlock Them

The Loyalty bar shows how much trust a demon has in Raidou. This is then used to calculate his Summoner Rank, whether or not a Demon will give a gift to Raidou, and, at max rank, Demons will unlock their Passive Skill.
