How to Unlock Indulge the Tourist
Unlock Condition and Location
This Case File can be unlocked in Episode 5, after defeating Nebiros.
To start the quest, head to Harumi-cho Dock and summon Tarrasque. Out on the water, you’ll spot a sparkling item floating in the ocean,grab it. Then deliver it to the chef waiting in Harumi-cho.

Indulge the Tourist Walkthrough
Ride Tarrasque at Harumi-Cho Dock
To begin the case, head to the Harumi-cho Dock and summon Tarrasque so you can ride out onto the overworld waters.
Sail east with Tarrasque until you see a sparkling glint on the ocean’s surface. Pick it up to obtain the Luxury Eel.
Give the Luxury Eel to the Chef in Front of the Restaurant at Harumi-Cho

With the eel in hand, return to Harumi-cho and find the chef standing outside the restaurant in the Hakurai Shopping District.
After a short conversation, hand over the Luxury Eel to complete the quest and claim your reward.
