Crying for Help (Pt. 2) Walkthrough
Use Inspect to Look for the Plastic Toy
After talking to the boy, use a Volt Order Demon to use Inspect on the red Magnifiying Glass visible on the map.
This highlights the Plastic Toy the boy is looking for on the ground. Pick it up and head back to the boy to complete the quest.
