You can trigger Demon Check-Ins whenever a demon levels up or picks up an item in RAIDOU Remastered. See all the ways to trigger a Demon Check-In, what items you can get, and how to get them here.

If you want to check in with a demon, you will want to level them up first. Although, it's not guaranteed that they'll want to talk at every level, and you may need to level them up multiple times first before you can check in.
EXP Farming: How to Level Up Fast

Besides levelling up demons, you can also trigger check-ins once a demon's picked up something with the Scavenger or Loose Change Passives. These skills will give an item or some money respectively, but the demon must be summoned for these to work.
List of All Passive Skills and Effects

When you check in with a demon, you can get a Skill Book from them. The skill that you get is random, but it will always be a Skill that the demon naturally learns.
How to Get and Use Skill Books

Talking to a demon also has a chance of them giving a Sword Alchemy Material to you. The item you get is based on the Order of the demon, as well as their base level.

If you have a demon with Scavenger summoned, you can get random items, based on the area, when you check in on them. It's recommended to increase Raidou and the demon's Luck stat to improve the chance of picking up a random item.
Scavenger Investigation Skill and Effect

Similar to Scavenger, you can get money if you have a demon with Loose Change summoned. However, as a note, this is not an efficient money-making method since the amount you get isn't as high as grinding for items to sell.
Loose Change Investigation Skill and Effect

The best way to get items from Demon Check-Ins is by selecting the Demon Check-In option in the main menu. This will gather items from all the demons that want to talk to you in one go, which can greatly speed up the process if a ton of demons need to be checked on.

Besides selecting the Demon Check-In option, you can also talk to demons that you've summoned. If you're grinding for a specific reward from a specific demon, this is the preferred method since you won't have to constantly open and check the menu.

If you use a demon that wants to talk to you for Fusion, you will automatically receive the items they want to give after they're fused. This is useful in case you forget to check in with them since you won't lose any items.
