Defeat the Hiruko in Dark Harumi-Cho

That Narumi… (Pt. 3) Hiruko

After talking to the Sweaty Foreign Merchant in Harumi-Cho, head to Dark Harumi-Cho and walk back to his spot. You will find a newborn Hiruko in his place. Interact with it to start the battle.

This Hiruko is weak to Ice and will be alone in the battle so it shouldn't be too tough of a fight.

Combat Guide

Head back to the Foreign Merchant

That Narumi… (Pt. 3) Sticks
After beating the Hiruko, head back to Harumi-Cho and talk to the merchant again to receive the Scoring Sticks to complete the quest.
