While roaming around the Taisho Capital, your Detective Journal will be your best friend. It will keep you guided with all quests currently accepted, and allows you to highlight and track them in the game.
Consult the journal when you are confused where to go, or don't know how to progress next!

It's best for the player to utilize new Summoner Skills learned. These skills are split into two categories: Combat Skills and Sword Skills which are both highly valuable in battle.
Combat Skills allows you to learn new moves to use in battle while Sword Skills are passive bonuses that are applied to Raidou automatically as the battle starts.

Similar to Summoner Skills, Investigation Skills are an important mechanic of getting around and interacting with people during Case Files. These skills are valuable and is often the key to get into areas where Raidou can't enter or gives Raidou informations he can't get from NPCs.
Investigation Skills are locked behind a demon's Order and each Order has their own special skill. Keep an array of demons in your party to have them on call when you need them!
List of All Investigation Skills and Effects

Similar with other titles like Persona and SMTV: Vengeance, Raidou Remastered has added a Stealth Strike mechanic when initiating battle.
This gives Raidou an advantage and stuns the enemy team at the start of combat. We highly suggest using Stealth Strike for encounters with demons to gain the advantage over them!
All Remaster Changes and Comparison

Make it a habit to confine and recruit new demons to your party often. New demons means new fusion options available for the player and can mean access to new, stronger, Fusion-only demons that can increase your party strength.
When gaining access to new areas in the Dark Realm, getting into battles to recruit new demons and fusing them is always a good routine to have before tackling the main objective.
Demon Fusion Guide: How to Fuse Demons

The loyalty of your demons determines how they act with you. Demons with low loyalty will refuse to be fused off or refuse to follow your commands in battle.
Demons with high loyalty with also do one of the following actions at a given time: give Raidou an item, restore HP/MP or give MAG points.
The overall Loyalty accumulated by the player also influences their rank as a Devil Summoner. Advancing to new ranks provides rewards, including unique character titles and the capability to recruit and summon more demons.

Make sure to keep your sword at its best condition using Sword Alchemy. Bolster your sword's resistances and increase its attack power with the help of Dr. Victor and a demon with high loyalty.
Depending on the demon you choose to sacrifice to the forge, this will change what kind of sword Raidou wields and its stats and resistances.
Choose the best sword for your adventures to make combat easier!

Combat in Raidou Remastered can get tough at times, especially during boss battles. Make sure to use healing spells from your demons or healing items from your inventory to keep your HP up.
The Nakisawame, a demon found in the Dark Realm, can heal you for free when exploring in the Dark versions of each city. Visiting the Narumi Detective Agency will also give you a full recovery for free!
The battle doesn't end until Raidou goes down so keeping his HP topped up will be your best shot at surviving fights!

There are short story events and side quests that are unlocked for every new Episode, often with a short deadline to complete it.
Make sure to explore your surroundings and talk to the people around the area to not miss any of these short events!

Money and EXP are two very valuable resources in Raidou Remastered. Money allows Raidou to buy bullets and items while also allowing you to resummon demons from your Devil Chart to use in fusion.
EXP allows Raidou and your demons to level up and raise their stats to be more effective in battle. Demons who also level up will learn new skills, making them better in combat.
