Frost Sign Heavy Ice attack to 1 target.
Pyro Sign Heavy Fire attack to 1 target.
Volt Sign Heavy Electric attack to 1 target.
Wind Sign Heavy Wind attack to 1 target.
Starbound Blades Heavy Almighty attack to a medium area around self.
Megidolaon Severe Almighty attack to a massive area around self
Carom Striker Medium Physical attack in multiple straight lines.
Menacing Blade Medium Physical attack in an expanding shape in front of self.
Empty Wave Heavy Physical attack to a medium area around self
Heat Wave Severe Physical attack with unlimited reach.
Exorcising Shell Heavy Gun attack to 1 target.
Magnetize Restores 50% of max MAG.
Zeal Cures status ailments and triggers Zeal for party
Magnum Bullet Temporarily lets Raidou fire his gun without limit and increase its damage.

Active Skills are abilities that you can equip before battle and even swap out mid-fight, giving you a flexible set of tools to handle different situations.

These include abilities like powerful physical attacks, defensive buffs, MAG regeneration, and more.

Passive Skills

Skill Effect
Null Phys Raidou and his demon will null phys-type attacks for 20 sec.
First Aid The summoned demon and Raidou will recover all HP after the battle is over.
Hex 80% Chance of returning 50% of the damage suffered to the attacker. Will not work if hit with a status effect or against Almighty damage.
Infallible Command Temporarily nullifies Fire, Ice, Electric, Force, Death, and Mind attacks against Party
Resist Ice/Force Halves Ice and Force damage taken.
Resist Fire/Elec Halves Fire and Electric damage taken.
Resist Mind/Death Halves Mind and Death damage taken
Reincarnation Revive with full HP upon death once per battle.
Inspiring Flash Increases the chance to trigger Devil's Bane out of a dodge or a Devil's Feint.
Tiger Stance Reduces damage taken when guarding, can stack with Dragon Stance.
Dragon Stance Reduces damage taken when guarding, can stack with Tiger Stance.
Phoenix Step Increases effectiveness of dodging, can stack with Tortoise-Snake Step.
Tortoise-Snake Step Increases effectiveness of dodging, can stack with Phoenix Step.
Confinement Adagio Decreases the chance of a confinement failing.
Blaze of Glory Greatly raises the power of sword attacks when at low HP or afflicted with Poison, Confuse or Mute.
Summoner Resolve Increases amount of MAG using sword attacks. Recovers when at low HP or afflicted with Poison, Confuse, or Mute.
Shield Breaker Greatly increases damage allies deal to foes' weakness shields.
Transcended Being Nullifies all status ailments.
Heroic Poise Enables sword attacks to deal increased damage while at full HP.
Devil's Ruin Increases damage dealt by Devil's Bane.
Summoner's Rebirth 20% of damage taken restores MAG.
Martial Instinct Slightly decreases the amount of time until Raidou's Combat Skills can be used again.
Summoner's Will Increases damage dealt by Spirit Slashes.
Devil's Trick Increases critical rate of sword attacks when attacking foes from behind.
Combo Rondo Increases MAG recovery when combo is 25 or higher.
Transcending Sight Increases bullet-loading speed while locking on to a target.
MAG Drainer Restores MAG when connecting the final hit of a heavy sword combo or a charged heavy sword combo.
Goddess Lullaby Restores MAG over time.
Blessing of Mercury Reduces demons' MAG consumption.
Capricious Miracle Provides a chance that demons' attacks will not consume MAG.
Merciless Strikes Increases damage dealt to stunned enemies.
Diamond Disposition Greatly increases damage dealt by and MAG cost of demons' attacks
Blessing of Venus Some MAG will be restored when stunning an enemy via striking their weakness.
Resist Phys Halves Physical damage taken.

Passive Skills are abilities that remain active as long as you’re wielding the corresponding weapon.

These provide continuous benefits without any extra input, offering things like increased critical hit rates, elemental resistances, or even passive HP recovery.

What Are Summoner Skills?

A New Battle Feature Exclusive to the Remaster

Summoner Skills

Summoner Skills are a brand-new feature added to the game. These abilities let Raidou himself heal, buff, seal enemy skills, or unleash special attacks during combat. No demons required. You’ll unlock more of these Summoner Skills as you progress through the game, making Raidou way more hands-on this time around.

In the original PS2 release, Raidou could only rely on his trusty sword, gun, and demon allies. But now, the remaster gives Raidou a little extra edge in battle with his own set of usable skills.
