Since this is a continuous battle, you can only get the rewards after defeating Queen Okiku-Mushi. Okiku-Mushi alone won’t yield any rewards.
How to Beat Okiku-Mushi
- Use Ukobach's Agi
- Use Alp's Dia
- Watch Queen Okiku-Mushi's Tail Slam
- Avoid Queen Okiku-Mushi's Mamudo
Use Ukobach's Agi to Target Okiku-Mushi's Weakness
Other than your own Pyro Sign, you can use Ukobach's Agi to target Okiku-Mushi's weakness to fire. Both forms are weak to this element, so make sure to use it to keep stunning her.

Use Alp's Dia to Heal HP
In case you take too much damage from Okiku-Mushi’s attacks, especially in her Queen form, you can use Alp’s Dia to recover HP. This is particularly helpful on higher difficulties or if you run out of medicine.
To get Alp, simply complete the first part of the fight. Alp will join you just before the Queen Okiku-Mushi battle starts.
Watch Queen Okiku-Mushi's Tail Slam
One of Queen Okiku-Mushi's attacks is a directional tail slam. You can easily avoid it by side-stepping or by simply using Devil's Feint.
Avoid Queen Okiku-Mushi's Mamudo
Also keep watch for Queen Okiku-Mushi's Mamudo. This attack deals heavy damage, but you can easily avoid it by simply stepping outside the square hitbox.
Make Use of Safeguarding
Safeguarding is also a must in this combat. Since your demon will be fighting close to Okiku-Mushi, safeguarding is the only way to protect them. You can toggle this by simply making them not use any skills.
