Narumi Detective Agency

The Narumi Detective Agency is the first major facility that you unlock once you're done with the prologue. It's unlocked automatically as part of the story, and you'll be able to save, heal, review the story, and play Mahjong while you're here.
Unlock Mahjong After Completing Side Quests

You won't have Mahjong unlocked right away because you'll need to complete the "That Narumi..." questline first. You can start doing them at Episode 2, but you'll still need to wait until Episode 4 to complete all 4 case files.
How to Unlock and Play Mahjong
Konnou-Ya

Konnou-Ya is the main shop that you will use to purchase any items or crafting materials that you may need. You can access it as early as Episode 1, and it's located right down the road from the Narumi Detective Agency.

The Goumaden is accessed through Konnou-Ya, and you'll be able to fuse, save, and resummon demons here, as well as heal and create new swords. However, you'll need to reach the part where you get some wine from a maid in Episode 1 first to unlock this facility.

Nameless Shrine

The Nameless Shrine is where you'll need to go to travel to the other world. You'll also be able to enter the Training Hall from here once you've reached Episode 3, and you can also claim Aril Rift rewards and access DLC fights by talking to the Left Fox Statue.
DLC Exclusive Mitama Farming Fights
If you've purchased the Kuzunoha Village Trainings DLC, you'll be able to farm Mitamas by talking to the Left Fox Statue. You can farm Incense and Grimoires from these fights, as well as Sake and Yen, which can then be used to power up Raidou and his demons.
Shin-Sekai

Shin-Sekai is a place where you'll be able to talk to NPCs to gain hints for the story, as well as purchase Sodas that give Raidou temporary buffs. To unlock this facility, you will need to progress to Episode 2 and go past the section in the Red Light District.
