How to Unlock Hello…?
Unlock Condition and Location
This Case File can be unlocked in Episode 8. Before starting this quest, make sure you have these demons in your tubes:
・Belial (requires Level 66 to fuse)
・Nebiros
Once you have them both, you can begin the quest by interacting with a series of phone booths around the Capital.

Prepare Belial and Nebiros
Before anything else, fuse Belial (requires Level 66) and make sure you have Nebiros in your demon tubes.
Both are necessary to progress through this Case File and trigger key events at the phone booths.
How to Fuse Belial
Belial can be obtained by fusing the demons listed above. Note that you cannot obtain Belial if your level is lower than its base level.
You can also obtain Belial if you fuse a demon of the Pyro order with a corresponding Element Order demon.

Nebiros can be obtained by fusing the demons listed above. Note that you cannot obtain Nebiros if your level is lower than its base level.
You can also obtain Nebiros if you fuse a demon of the Pagan order with a corresponding Element Order demon.
Phone Booth at Tamonten Shrine, Tsukudo-cho

Head to Tsukudo-cho and find the phone booth outside Tamonten Shrine.
Interact with it to start the series of phone calls that set the Case File in motion.

Next, make your way to Harumi-cho and locate the phone booth near Salon Kiyohikoi.
Answer the call here to continue the questline.
Phone Booth on West Side of Bujiya Department Store, Ginza-cho

Finally, head over to Ginza-cho and approach the phone booth located on the west side of the Bujiya Department Store.
This is where you’ll trigger the boss battle.
How to Beat Alice

Be Careful With the Marin Karin + Mudo Combo
The moment Alice casts Marin Karin, you need to react fast. If it lands, Raidou will be immobilized, giving Alice the perfect window to hit you with Mamudoon for a potential instant death.
This is the most dangerous part of the fight and might end the battle quickly if you’re not paying attention. Dodge the moment you see the Marin Karin animation, and if you do get caught, be ready to recover and move as soon as possible to avoid the follow-up.
Use Physical Combat Skills
Alice is weak to physical damage, making this the most reliable way to deal consistent damage. Equip your strongest physical Combat Summoner Skills before heading into the fight and make use of them whenever there’s an opening.
This will help stagger her quickly and cut down the number of times she can spam her death skills.
Deal With Summoned Demons Immediately
Throughout the fight, Alice will summon extra demons to fight alongside her. It’s best to eliminate these as soon as they appear, or they’ll add chaos to an already dangerous battle.
Focus your attacks on them quickly before turning your attention back to Alice. This keeps the battlefield manageable and reduces the number of incoming spells and status effects.
