The dream you enter will be used in Episode 12 to access Akarana Corridor 20XX. You’ll need to re-enter the exact same dream to unlock a special area, so make sure to remember what you chose.

Inside this area, you can get one of each Incense, and you'll also be able to access Nakisawame who can heal you before you proceed onwards.
