Form Demon Party That Has Phys Resistance
Susano-O has a very high Phys stat, so it is recommended to form your party with demons that have Phys resistance in mind. This will ensure that you can tank your way through Susano-O's hits in battle.
Use Ice Skills to Exploit Susano-O's Weakness
Susano-O is weak against Ice, so make sure to have demons in your party that have access to Ice skills.

Susano-O has a powerful and wide-ranging attack called Winged Fury that can kill you instantly when it hits. It is recommended that you try dodging behind Susano-O to avoid taking damage from this attack.
Prioritize Defeating the Minions Later
Jack-o-Lantern and Obariyon will be present during the battle as Susano-O's minions in battle. They will be instantly revived when defeated, so it would be best to prioritize your offensive to Susano-O.

Parvati has Phys resistance, so it would be ideal to have her at the party. She can also act as an active healing support to your party, as she has access to Media. Parvati can also gain access to Ice skills if you've used Naga Raja to fuse her.
Nebiros is also recommended for similar reasons, as he has Phys resistance and the possibility of acquiring Ice Skills if you've used Naga Raja to fuse him.
Qing Long has access to Cocytus, enabling you to exploit Susano-O's weakness in battle. He also has Phys resistance, which can help you tank hits from the boss during battle.
