The Training Hall is a tower based system where players unlock levels as they progress through the story. This building acts as a ground for battling demons, and a place to increase your strength whether it be through confining new demons or levelling up fast by grinding.
Collect Special Skill Books with a DLC
If you purchase the Demons of the Aril Rift DLC, special "Trial of a Hundred Demons" rifts will spawn. Theses Aril Rifts let players fight waves upon waves of demons, with 4 bigger and tankier demons as a boss per wave.
These Aril Rifts, when completed, will drop special skill books of rare skills that players can farm. Players looking to build their ultimate demon companion can look to these Aril Rifts for special skill books they need.
How to Get and Use Skill Books
Special Trial of a Hundred Demons Quests During Certain Moon Phases

To enter the bottommost floor of the Training Hall, players must advance through the story until Episode 12, and clear every Hyakki-Yakou quest previously given.
Each Trial of a Hundred Demons quest has a unlock condition and these must be fulfilled to gain access to the special battle for it.
After completing Acts 1 to 3, players will now be given the chance to fight Beelzelbub at the bottommost floor. This quest is directly tied to the trophy, Demon's Terror, so players aiming for a Platinum trophy should be diligent in clearing out the Training Hall.
What Can You Do in the Training Hall?
Collect New Demons
Outside Aril Rifts, players can confine demons as long as their around the same level as them. Use the Training Hall as an easy way to get ahold of demons that might be rarer in the Dark Realm.
Demons that show up per level will depend on which floor you are currently walking around in, B1 demons will be significantly weaker than B6 or B7 demons.
Farm EXP and Loyalty
The Training Hall is a very good way to farm EXP and Loyalty for the demons currently in your party.
This is the best way to raise your demon's loyalty for unlocking their Passive Skills for fusion, or to simply level them up fast.

While fighting the demons here, they also have a chance to drop items that fetch a high price in Konnou-Ya.
If you're currently strapped for cash, a quick grind session in the Training Hall can procur you a few valuable items to sell for a lot of money
Complete Case Files
In some cases, players are asked to purge an Aril Rift inside the Training Hall through a Case File. These Aril Rifts are denoted with the blue exclamation point in their respective floor.
Completing these Case Files will reward you with valuable items so take time to complete these for these rewards.

The Case File (side quest) Slay the Demon Forces, where you must defeat multiple waves of enemies in Training Hall B2 within 3 minutes, can be found at an Aril Rift near Training Hall B2.

Defeat Yoshitsune to Unlock Fusion and Obtain the Strife Blade

On the 4th floor of the Training Hall in Episode 5, you can defeat Yoshitsune to unlock him for fusion and receive the Strife Blade. Defeat him as soon as you reach Episode 5 and gain access to the 4th floor.
How to Unlock the Training Hall
Unlock Episode 3
Players can unlock the Training Hall immediately after entering Episode 3, where the Herald of Yatagarasu will inform Raidou that he can now access it through the washfront in the Nameless Shrine.

Enter Through Nameless Shrine
To enter the Hall, head to the Nameless Shrine, there is a well next to the statue to the right. Players will need to interact with the well to enter the Training Hall.
Other Training Hall Entrances
Once you gain access to sailing in Episode 5, you can reach the blue circles on your map that were previously inaccessible. By riding the Big Tarrasque you can now access and fast travel to these areas.
In these areas, you can enter the Training Hall through the South, West, or East entrances. Note that there is no North entrance to the Training Hall.
