Start this quest by heading over to Fukugawa-cho, near where Denpachi Iida was being held.

Feeling Watched Walkthrough
Interact with the Sliding Door
Once around the area, interact with the sliding door to talk to Makami.
The choice presented by Makami has no bearing to the quest so pick whichever choice you want.
Defeat All Makamis
Once the scene is over, you will be in battle with Makami. All enemies are weak to Force so bring your best demons with Force skills into the battle. Equip Wind Sign to deal damage with your demons as well.
Avoid Using Electric, Fire, and Death Skills
Do not bring demons weak to Electric as Makami uses Mazio during the battle which may deplete your demon's HP quickly. Bringing demons who has Fire or Death skills will also have no effect on Makami so avoid bringing them as well.
