This Case File can be unlocked in Episode 5, after finding Tae's camera.
Start this quest by talking to the demon fronting as a schoolgirl and she will ask you to bring her 3 demons.

Bandmates Wanted Walkthrough
Hand Over Sati
The demon will request three specific demons, with the first being Sati of the Pyro Order.
If you don’t have Sati yet, you can encounter her in Episode 4 at Dark Harumi-cho, or in Dark Kasumidai during Episode 5.
Fuse Sati
Sati can be obtained by fusing the demons listed above. Note that you cannot obtain Sati if your level is lower than its base level.
Another option is to fuse a Pyro Order demon with a compatible Element Order demon to produce Sati.

Hand Over Flaemis
The second demon request will be Flaemis of the Element Order. Flaemis can be obtained by fusing demons of the same Order. Note that you cannot obtain Flaemis if your level is lower than its base level.

Demon Fusion Guide: How to Fuse Demons
Hand Over Ara Mitama
Lastly, Ara Mitama is the final demon request. This one is tricky as even if you luckily find one in the overworld, you cannot capture Mitama Order Demons.
It can only be obtained if you fuse the proper Element Order Demons.
