Cross Compatibility Issues
One major difference between the two Switch versions is that you can play the Switch version on Switch 2, but you can't play the Switch 2 version on the original Switch. Make sure to double-check which version of the game you're purchasing, especially if you're buying the version for the original Switch.
Similar to the point above, you can't transfer saves between the two versions of the game. It's recommended to only purchase one Switch version since there's no benefit to owning both.
Improved Display and Framerate

Aside from the compatibility issues, the only other major difference between the two is the console's display and framerate for the game.
On the Switch, it runs at 30-60 FPS, with the display changing between 1080p on TV mode and 720p on portable mode, while on Switch 2, it runs at a stable 60 FPS, and the display will be at 1080p on both TV and portable mode.

Remastered Enhancements
Like with every other version of the remaster, the two Switch versions will have changes from the original game to enhance it to meet modern standards. Unless you really want to play on the Switch 2 console, then it doesn't matter which version of the game you play.
Remaster Comparison and All Changes
No Mouse or Sharing Functions
While the Switch 2 has mouse and sharing functions, RAIDOU Remastered does not utilize the features. This means that outside of the differences listed above, both Switch versions of the game will play the exact same way.
Is There a Switch 2 Upgrade Path?
No Switch 2 Upgrade Path
In a Q&A released by Atlus, it was stated that there will be no Switch 2 upgrade path for RAIDOU Remastered. Make sure that you purchase the right version of the game, to avoid having compatibility issues.
