Arahabaki can be obtained by fusing the demons listed above. Note that you cannot obtain Arahabaki if your level is lower than its base level.
You can also obtain Arahabaki if you fuse a demon of the Frost order with a corresponding Element Order demon.
Demon Fusion Guide: How to Fuse Demons
Complete Episode 10 to Unlock Arahabaki
In order to fuse Arahabaki, you first need to complete the Main Story Episode 10, The Capital in Flames. Fusing the demons listed above while not completing this quest will result in a demon of the same Order but a lower rank.
