Obtained by Grooming Tuxcrown Swans

Night Velvet is mainly obtained from grooming Tuxcrown Swans in the overworld. Once you get the Bye-Bye Dust Ability Outfit, you'll be able to sneak up behind creatures, groom them, and get a material.

Materials respawn at 4 AM during each daily reset, so you can get this material every day.

Find Tuxtail Swan Near Breezy Meadow Gazebo

You can find a Tuxtail Swan around the Swan Gazebo in the Breezy Meadows as shown in the map above. You may also find a Rosecrown Swan nearby to get a Rose Velvet.

Purchase from Resonance Exchange Shop

Night Velvet can be purchased from the Resonance exchange shop in the in-game store. Do note that some items in the Resonance shop have monthly limits.
