Bullquet, Perk Up! Quest Location

Go to the Bullquet Temporary Observation Camp

Bullquet, Perk Up! is located at the Bullquet Temporary Observation Camp, in the Breezy Meadow region of the Heartcraft Kingdom. Since you can't teleport there directly, you can head to Meadow Wharf and rent a Whimcycle to bike west towards the camp.

To unlock this quest, you'll need to complete the Go to the Dream Warehouse! quest first. This is a pre-requisite for the entire Care Notes and Bullquet Care Day event so make sure you've done that first.

Talk to Luni

To start this quest, you'll need to head to the Bullquet Temporary Observation Camp and talk to Luni. She'll tell you about the Bullquet and will ask you to find Professor Romito at the Meadow Wharf.

Find Professor Romito

Once you're done talking to Luni, teleport to the Meadow Wharf Waypoint and talk to Professor Romito on the bridge. However, you'll need to help him gather some more Starlight Scallops before he goes and meets Luni.

Give 3 Starlight Scallops to Romito

Professor Romito will ask you to give him 3 Starlight Scallops, which can be easily found near the wharf. After getting the 3 Scallops, or if you already have enough, you can talk to Romito again to give it to him.

Travel to the Bullquet Habitat

Once you're done helping out Professor Romito, he will go meet Luni at the Bullquet Habitat. Since you can't teleport there directly yet, the fastest way to get there will be to teleport to the Lakeside Hill Lane Waypoint and rent a Whimcycle to bike west.

Groom the Bullquet

Once you've arrived at the meeting location, talk to Professor Romito to learn more about how to help the Bullquet. He'll tell you about the Soothing Aroma Vial and some aroma formulas to help out the beast.

However, before you can use the vial, you'll need to groom the Bullquet first. To do this, you'll need to capture the Bustleflies above its head first before you can actually groom it.

Use the Soothing Aroma Vial

After the Bullquet has been groomed, you can go back and concoct a Soothing Aroma to create an aroma formula using a total of 12 fruits, plants, and shellfish from the Breezy Meadows area.

Players can select from ingredients like Woolfruit, Pearly Shells, or Sizzpollen, or a mix of different ingredients to come up with different kinds of Soothing Aroma vials!

Once you're done using the Vial, the Bullquet will change colours and you'll successfully have completed this quest!
