    To clarify any confusion, these swans are groomable at the moment ! however you need to wait until they're fully out of the water, the black one gets stuck on the rock for a bit though. And it seems like there's only 1 available of each every 24 hours (yes in real life hours) they are found at the swan gazebo in the water behind the gazebo
