Crown Fluff is mainly obtained from grooming Crowndeers in the overworld. Once you get the Bye-Bye Dust Ability Outfit, you'll be able to sneak up behind creatures, groom them, and get a material.

Materials respawn at 4 AM during each daily reset, so you can get this material every day.

Wreathdoe Location in Wishing Woods

Wreathdoes are only found in Wishing Woods and few can be found below the Grand Millewish Tree, south of the Garrison of the Paladins Warp Spire.

Wreathdoes are always accompanied by a Crowndeer who can give Crown Fluff by grooming them.

Wreath Fluff can be requested and collected in Dig, Pear-Pal, which is the game's passive material farming feature.
