Obtained by Grooming the Bullquet

Bullquet Felt is mainly obtained from grooming the Bullquet in Breezy Meadow. Once you get the Bye-Bye Dust Ability Outfit, you'll be able to sneak up behind creatures, groom them, and get a material.

Materials respawn at 4 AM during each daily reset, so you can get this material every day.

Bullquet Location in Breezy Meadow

You can only find the Bullquet in the Breezy Meadow and it only provides you with one Bullquet Felt per day.

The Bullquet also has one location which is located east of the Abandoned Fanatic Wisher Camp Outpost.

To tame the Bullquet, you must catch all the Bustleflies above its head, after this you can safely groom it.
