On the West (left) side, if you go around and down the passageway to the open "tower" area (where, on the opposite (East) side, there's a treasure chest), there's an open patch of floor and a square area that looks different. Walk through there slowly and you'll see an "Interact" prompt pop up--blink and you'll miss it!--and if you interact, you'll pick a Prayer Ring up off the floor.
