How to Get the Ultimate Key
Defeat Spiketail
The Ultimate Key will be dropped after defeating Spiketail in the town of Kol. This happens as part of the story, after the events at Weeping Isle and the Faerie Village, and it cannot be missed if you're playing through to the end of the game.
