How to Get Mark of Erdrick

You will be able to obtain the Mark of Erdrick by defeating Armageddon at the Shrine of the Spirit when progressing the main storyline of the game.
When you receive the Mark of Erdrick, it is initially called the Sacred Amulet. After the cutscene plays out from receiving the item, it then turns to the Mark of Erdrick.

The Mark of Erdrick is one of the items needed to acquire the Rainbow Drop at the Sanctum. Once you've acquired the Sunstone, Staff of Rain, and Mark of Erdrick, you will be given the Rainbow Drop from the sage that resides at the Sanctum.
The Rainbow Drop will allow you access to the final dungeon of the game, which is the Dragonlord's Castle. This item is pivotal in finishing the main story of the game.
Equip as an Accessory

In addition to being a Key Item, the Mark of Erdrick can also be equipped as an accessory which can increase your luck by 30. This can help you land critical hits more easily.
Ability to Prevent Death From Spells and Attacks
The Mark of Erdrick also has the unique ability of preventing death from incoming fatal attacks and spells performed by enemies. This can be handy when trying out the Draconian Difficulty in the game.
