Head to Cora Lake		 Head to Cora Lake, which is directly south of Lake Tower

Find the EX Chest		 Head to the left side of the lake with the large rocks and use Cryonis to reach the cliff wall where the water is coming from. The chest is submerged underwater near the small opening.

Open the Chest		 Open the chest to receive the Island Lobster Shirt.

The Island Lobster Shirt only has a defense rating of 2, but it offers Heat Resistance when worn. This can be useful when traversing the Gerudo Region for the first time.
